Gulf Coast 7s Roster & rules

Each team will play each other once. Guaranteed 4 games within the tournament.
The Top 3 teams will face each other in the finals for Cup Final (Trophy). 2nd vs 3rd then winner plays again 1st for Cup Final

Teams are only allowed to play the players within their assigned roster through Rugby Xplorer
Team have to check-in within an hour before their first scheduled match.
All players are requested to show Photo ID with their registration
Each team will play each other once for a total of 3 games.
Each team moves on to the playoffs. 1st vs 4th | 2nd vs 3rd. Seeding for playoffs will be determines by the tournament points system.
Each Team is guaranteed 5 games in total.

Unlimited/Rolling Subs must be completed during a stoppage and with the ref's permission.
The division is split into 2 Pools A & B , each team plays four matches within their pool.

Top 2 teams in the pool will advance to semi-final. 1st Pool A vs 2nd Pool B | 1st Pool B vs 2nd Pool A for Semi-Final - Final will be the winners of the semis.
In the event of teams finishing with equal records, tie-breaking will be in this order 1) Teams Record 2) Head to Head, 3) Points Diff, 4) Points Scored, 5) Points Against, 6) Coin Toss by the Tournament Director

With 6 teams, the format will be split between 2 pools. Each team will play each once. All teams move on to the playoff. Seeding is based on the tournament points

Quarter finals - Pool A 2nd vs Pool B 3rd | Pool B 2nd vs Pool A 3rd - Semi-Finals - Winner of each game will play against Pools 1st place team.
Finals will be the winners of Semi-Final
Loser with each set will have a game as well to have the ability to earn points for the qualifier standings
Each team in guaranteed with 4 games with winners in playoff could play more.

Regular 7-minute halves will be played
In the event, scores are level at the conclusion of play. A 2-minute break will be followed by 5 minutes of golden point play (the first team to score will be the winner) if at the conclusion of the 5 minutes no scores have happened repeat until a score happens.

Points system is 5 - Win | 2 - Tie | 0 - Lost (system does not have configuration for within 7 is a point)
If a player receives a yellow card, they are allowed to play in the following game
If a player receives a second yellow card or red card during the tournament, that player is banned from the Tournament
If a player has been accused of Referee Abuse, said player will automatically be banned from the tournament.

Qualifiers Brackets - Rosters Rules:

Each team and its players must sign and submit their tournament roster to the tournament director before their first match.
Rosters are limited to 15 players
Players may move within their registered club's first and second sides, players may not move from club to club within the tournament. If a club has third sides, they can play for the second OR third side only, not both. Vice verse, players can move between divisions, if you are found doing, you will be banned from the tournament.
