This is a list of items or qualified requirements that we feel should be incorporated in the individual that you are looking wanting to be inducted in the Pelican Hall of Fame.
Candidate must have been an Pelican athlete or administrator for the Club and this includes the Youth Rugby teams as well.
Candidate must have participated as an athlete or administrator for the club for a minimum of three calendar years or five seasons. A season represents a full fiscal year of the rugby season (Sept to Sept).

Nominations can be made by any Pelican past player or administrator.
Nominations must include full name, years played or administered, period for inclusion (as tenure may overlap), a scrapbook or other supporting documentation.
Nominations are accepted by the HOF Selection Committee from January 1 thru May 1 of the year the milestone reunion is being held (End of the Season Banquet).
All existing HOF members and HOF committee will vote on each nomination received.
A maximum of four (4) candidates can be inducted into HOF in each season.
The candidates must get 75% of the vote of the HOF Selection Committee.
All Hall of Fame members become members of the HOF Selection Committee but can opt out of voting so the 75% acceptance can be monitored.
